1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Students are eligible for a refund if they are not satisfied with the course and request it within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be processed if the request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Courses that have been completed or where more than 50% of the content has been accessed are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Request Process

  • To initiate a refund, students must contact our customer support team via email at support@adhyalay.com with their payment details and reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where students have accessed only a small portion of the course (less than 50%) but beyond 7 days, a partial refund may be considered. This will be at the discretion of Adhyalay’s support team.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on the payment provider, the refund may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in the user’s account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any special discounts, bundled course packages, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Subscription-based services, if offered, are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

6. Cancellations

  • Students can cancel their enrolment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (if study materials are not accessed or used).
  • Beyond 24 hours, the standard refund policy will apply as per the conditions mentioned above.

  • Include the required information mentioned above in the email body.

3. Wait for Response

  • The Adhyalay support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • You may be asked for additional details or clarifications to process the request.

4. Refund Processing

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
